Am 2. Mai 2010 haben wir mit Jim Meehan zusammen in Hamburg das PDT Hamburg (Members only / Membership by appointment) eröffnet. Und da ich gerade fürs Pisco Inferno nach "neuen" Pisco Drinks suche, fiel mir glücklicherweise der Pisco Drinks des PDT Hamburg ein: BEE’S SIP Chamomile Pisco, Junmai Sake, Honey and Elderflower Liqueur We hope this is the May flower you’ve been waiting for after all those April showers. Am Vorabend der Eröffnung von PDT Hamburg ( Jim und meine Person freuen uns über Bewertungen ), ergab sich eine kleine, aber wie ich finde sehr interessant Runde im Le Lion. Jim Meehan, Jay Hepburn, Helmut Adam und Steffen Lohr hatten sich für den Besuch von PDT Hamburg bereits am Vortag angekündigt und wir wollten in kleiner Runde zusammen Essen und letzte Drinks im LE BON LION vor dessen Abriss einnehmen (Danke an Mario Kappes für die letzte Schicht im Guten Löwen und natürlich an Marcel und Torben, die uns den "Rücken" im LE LION freigehalten haben). Recht kurz entschlossen wurde mir eigentlich klar, das diese Runde an Gesprächspartnern so schnell nicht mehr zusammen kommt und innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit hatten mir alle eingewilligt, das Sie kein Problem damit hätten, wenn wir unser Gespräch als Art Interview "aufzeichnen". I am very proud to announce that Jim Meehan from PDT NYC will come over at the 2th of may to open his New Hot Spot PDT Hamburg in cooperation with LE LION - Bar de Paris. Adress, like always, is unknown, but some rumors say that Mr. Meehan an Mr. Meyer are going to open a Hot Dog Hangout "Crif Dog Hamburg" at Rathausstrasse 3 the same day and somebody told us that they have also ordered a Phone Box for this Grand Opening. So, if you like to attend this great opening of maybe the best Hot Dog Grill of Europe and the great new Bar "PDT HAMBURG", do a reservation via mail at joerg @ lelion.net. And hurry up: First come, first serve. Ticket for the opening are 110,00 €. Jim Meehan will serve you fine Drinks from the PDT HH Menu.
