Earls Court 2 from Monday 12th to Wednesday 14th October.
The CLASSbar Show will provide an intimate environment where key industry professionals can sample a huge range of spirits and liqueurs presented by distillers or brand ambassadors with in-depth knowledge of their products. Quite simply we intend this to be the best sampling opportunity a drinks buyer or drinks journalist can attend.
Day Tickets £125
Three Day Tickets £250
Key drinks buyers & drinks journalist will receive invites with free tickets.
Only 300 tickets are available per day.
Each exhibitor will be provided with:
-Free entry in CLASSbar Show guide to include 120 words and bottle photography.
-A 4ft/1.2metre long presentation table covered with a white cloth.
-Overall 4 square metres of space to allow for storage etc.
-Free and plentiful supply of small tasting cups.
-Free loan of clean ISO tasting glasses.
-Ice supplies available (please give advance notice of requirements).
-Spittoon on every table.
-Replacement white table cloths in case of spillages.
-Plentiful supply of free mineral water.
-Support staff to clean up spillages, help move stock and generally lend a hand.
-Plentiful supply of interested drinks journalists, multiple grocer buyers, wholesalers, bar owners and bar managers, each personally invited by Simon Difford and given a complimentary ticket valued at £250.
-Each exhibitor will receive 2 x exhibitor passes and 10 x free day pass tickets to distribute to valued contacts (with a value of £1,250).
There will not be:
-Shell schemes or large stands – every exhibitor will have the same 4ft/1.2metre long table.
-Hoards of shop assistants or bartenders with no influence or purchasing power.
-Bar furniture, sound systems or bar designers – only exhibitors with spirits or liqueurs.
-Loud music – we want expert knowledge to be quietly conveyed not shouted.
-Piles of empty bottles or rubbish – we will continually clean and recycle.
-Visitors from the Restaurant Show – Only holders of CLASSbar Show tickets will be admitted to CLASSbar although holders of those tickets are very welcome to also explore the over 100 exhibitors at the Restaurant Show.
Cost & Commitment
-Just £407 per day to include set up with absolutely no hidden extras.
-Just turn up with sample bottles (we suggest 6 bottles of product per day) and relevant brand literature plus a brand expert to answer the questions posed by knowledgeable visitors.
-To enjoy yourself. We want CLASSbar Show to be a sociable event as well as informative."
